CVOs for U10 to U18 & senior teams
It is mandatory for U12 to U18 and Senior/Masters teams to provide Club Vested Officials (CVO) at each match, home and away. It is strongly recommended that U10 and U11 teams also provide one (1) CVO for games.
The number of CVOs required for each competition are as follows:
- U12-U13 SAP: Two (2)
- U12-U18 Junior League: One (1)
- Capital League 1: Two (2)
- Capital League 2-10: One (1)
- Masters: One (1)
What is a Club Vested Official?
A CVO represents the club and is responsible for actively managing spectator behaviour and supporting a safe, respectful, and controlled match environment.
Essentially, they get to wear a cool vest, help ensure spectators behave themselves and foster respect.
Who can be a CVO?
- A parent or another responsible spectator/supporter
- Someone at least 18 years old
- Can’t be a coach, manager, reserve player or assistant referee (lines person) at the same time
- Can be different people throughout the season
What if no CVO is provided by your team for a match?
The club is fined $50 (Junior) or $100 (Senior) for not supplying a CVO for a match. Capital Football is actively checking match sheets to ensure that there is a CVO for each team. So, please enter your CVO’s details on the Dribl match sheets, under “Club Officials”. The process on how to do this is here.
If you want to help your team with CVO requirements, let your team manager or coach know. Email your age group registrar if you need help, advice, or support on being a CVO.

U10 to U18 Fixtures
To assist members with game day planning/logistics, we have shared a list of future Belnorth draft fixtures. This will be updated manually every week.
Unfortunately, it will not be a complete list, as there are away fixtures that the home club needs to allocate a ground/field. We do not have visibility of these missing fixtures. If your team is missing a fixture for a certain round, assume you are playing away and plan accordingly.
For immediately upcoming home fixtures, please refer to the Net Duty Document, usually updated on Mondays/Tuesdays before the Saturday.
