Grading 2026

In February every year, Belnorth runs grading sessions for all registered players from under 10 through to under 18.  The purpose of grading is to assist Belnorth in selecting teams for the upcoming season.

It is recommended that all players attend grading. Those who wish to be considered for higher divisions or older age group are required to attend grading sessions.

  • Players must be registered on PlayFootball to grade.

  • Players wishing to grade will be required to attend all session for their age group (contact registrars if can’t attend).

  • Players are to check-in 20 minutes prior to the session (see maps below for location).

  • Players are to wear shin pads.

  • Goalkeepers to attend both their age group and keeper sessions.

U12-U13 SAP & U14 Division 1 Trials 2026

Belnorth FC are excited to seek expressions of interest for 2026 Girls and Open U12 to U13 SAP League and U14 Division 1 Girls and Open players and coaches. EOI close 16th of November.

Player trials will be held from the 19th to the 29th of November with EOIs closing on Sunday 16th November at Giralang Playing Fields.

  • Players must submit an expression of interest via the forms above to be able to trial.

  • Players wishing to grade will be required to attend all session for their age group (contact registrars if can’t attend).

  • Players are to check-in 20 minutes prior to the session (see maps below for location).

  • Players are to wear shin pads.

  • Parents/Guardians are NOT to coach from the sidelines during trials.

2025 Grading Dates

2025 grading will be held at either Kaleen 1, Birie Pl, Kaleen ACT 2617 or Giralang 1, Gari Pl, Giralang ACT 2617. Players are to check in 15 minutes prior to the start of grading. Specific times for each age group are listed below.

Players must attend all sessions. If unable to attend a session, please contact grading@belnorth.org
