Kanga Cup Registration Opens 1st April
Kanga Cup tournament is held from the 13th to the 17th of July and registration opens on the 1st of April. Start planning now as places are limited for the popular event.

Belnorth Belles Progress in Fed Cup
The Aristotle Metadata sponsorsed Belnorth Belles have progressed to the Federation Cup proper after a three nil win in their preliminary round tie away at Kambah against Burns FC. The ever reliable stalwart Melanie Lloyd opened the scoring in the twelve minute with Nicole Hutton scoring three minutes later to make it two nil. Nicole then secured her brace and the result in the sixtieth minute.
Well done to Owen and the Belles on their quarter final berth. They will face West Canberra Wanderers on Wednesday, 29th April 6:30 pm at Melrose Synthetic Field 1. Save the date!
U8/U9 Preseason Program Spots available
Due to some participants no longer able to attend since the original EOI, there are now a limited number of U8/U9 Preseason Program spots available for registration via PlayFootball.
The U8/U9 Preseason Program will be at Kaleen on the below dates. The cost of this program is $55.
Session dates for the U8/U9 Program are as follows:
- Saturday 11/04 9:00 to 10:00 am at Kaleen
- Monday 13/04 5:30 to 6:30 pm at Kaleen
- Saturday 18/04 9:00 to 10:00 am at Kaleen
- Monday 20/04 5:30 to 6:30 pm at Kaleen

Wanderers Cup
West Canberra Wanderers are hosting their Wanderers Cup on the Anzac Day Long weekend with U10-U13 Boys on Sunday 26th of April and U10-U13 Girls on Monday 27th of April.
The cost is $500 per team and registrations are open now.

Working With Vulnerable People
A reminder that all coaches, managers and volunteers are required to have a Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) card. This includes both Junior and Senior team volunteers.
WWVP cards are FREE for volunteers.

Current Belnorth FC Vacancies
The below vital roles are currently vacant.
- Senior Winter Referees (Paid): Referee senior 11-a-side games.
- Operations Manager (volunteer/committee): equipment organisation (distribution, auditing and ordering). Trophy Liaison, Presentation Day Organisation and Event Organisation.
- Secretary (volunteer/committee): Public Officer, custody of books, maintains written record (e.g. minutes/action items), lodgement of reporting documents for incorporated association.
- Club Changers (volunteer): Assist with implementing Club Changer modules.
- General Helpers (Volunteers).
- Coaches & Managers (Volunteers).
Every volunteer, whether a coach, manager, CVO, referee or committee member, helps the club tick.
