U8/U9 Preseason Program Spots available
Due to some participants no longer able to attend since the original EOI, there are now a limited number of U8/U9 Preseason Program spots available for registration via PlayFootball.
The U8/U9 Preseason Program will be at Kaleen on the below dates. The cost of this program is $55.
Session dates for the U8/U9 Program are as follows:
- Saturday 11/04 9:00 to 10:00 am at Kaleen
- Monday 13/04 5:30 to 6:30 pm at Kaleen
- Saturday 18/04 9:00 to 10:00 am at Kaleen
- Monday 20/04 5:30 to 6:30 pm at Kaleen

Less than two weeks left for U5-U9 players to register. You can register today on PlayFootball before the 31/3/2026 deadline!
If you are having trouble paying for registrations, please consider applying for our payment plans. We also welcome applications for our Hardship Scholarships.

Club Shop Open 21st March 1 to 2:30 pm
The first official opening of the Belnorth Club Shop will be on Saturday the 21st of March from 1 pm to 2:30 pm at Kaleen Playing Fields. There will be other opening dates, but this opening is to mainly cater for the Senior teams that start their season in April.
Please note, the Club Shop only accepts EFTPOS payments.

The Official Kanga Cup Information Guide is now available.
Kanga Cup tournament is held from the 13th to the 17th of July and registration opens on the 1st of April. Start planning now as places are limited for the popular event.

Wanderers Cup
West Canberra Wanderers are hosting their Wanderers Cup on the Anzac Day Long weekend with U10-U13 Boys on Sunday 26th of April and U10-U13 Girls on Monday 27th of April.
The cost is $500 per team and registrations are open now.

Working With Vulnerable People
A reminder that all coaches, managers and volunteers are required to have a Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) card. This includes both Junior and Senior team volunteers.
WWVP cards are FREE for volunteers.

Why is my child’s registration still pending?
Registrations on PlayFootball are left pending until registrations for an age group close and teams are finalised.

The below vital roles are currently vacant.
- Senior Winter Referees (Paid): Referee senior 11-a-side games.
- Operations Manager (volunteer/committee): equipment organisation (distribution, auditing and ordering). Trophy Liaison, Presentation Day Organisation and Event Organisation.
- Secretary (volunteer/committee): Public Officer, custody of books, maintains written record (e.g. minutes/action items), lodgement of reporting documents for incorporated association.
- Club Changers (volunteer): Assist with implementing Club Changer modules.
- General Helpers (Volunteers).
- Coaches & Managers (Volunteers).
Every volunteer, whether a coach, manager, CVO, referee or committee member, helps the club tick.
