Last Round This Weekend

All good things must come to an end and this Saturday will be the final round of Junior Football for Winter 2026.

Check out info below about kits return dates and end of season presentations.

No Dogs at Games or Training

We know members love them, but dogs are not allowed at ACT Sportsgrounds during training and games.

So please keep the members of your fur family at home.

For taking dogs to a prohibited area, there are fines with maximum penalty of up to $1400.

Bobcats Champions, Strikers into GF & Penalty Heartbreak for Golden Geckos

Well done to our CLW3 Bobcats on a stellar performance on Sunday in the Grand Final. A nail-biting game that went all the way to pens on a hot and sunny morning.

End to end action saw the teams locked at 2-2 at the end of both regular and extra time. Up stepped goalkeeper Chloe with 3 saves and scoring her penalty to help secure the win and a well-earned Grand Final MVP.

Unfortunately, our U16/2 Girls, Golden Geckos, lost their semi-final against Belsouth FC Rebels on penalties. With the score being stuck at 1-1 after full-time and extra time, the Geckos went out on penalties 4-5. Well done to the Geckos for a great season!

Our other U16 Girls team, the division 3 Strikers did triumph in their semi-final against Canberra Grammar with a commanding 4-1 win. They take on Majura FC in Jerra on Saturday. If you can make it over the border Saturday morning, the Strikers would appreciate it!

We also have some U13 to U15 teams who are in contention to be Premiers in their competitions:

  • U13/2 Open Blitz
  • U13/3 Open Sharks
  • U15/2 Open Bears

Good luck to teams in the final round.
