No U5 to U15 games this Saturday
There will be no U5 to U15 games on the 12th or 19th of July. U16 and U18 and Seniors will play on the 12th/13th of July and will have a weekend off on the 19th/20th of July.
All age groups will be back playing games from the 26th of July through to the end of the season.
- 12/7: No U5 to U15 games
- 19/7 & 20/7: No Junior & Senior Games
- 26/7: U5 to U18 and Seniors resume
Keep WWVP cards free for volunteers
In the 2025-26 ACT Federal Budget, the Labor government are introducing a new $11 fee for individuals applying for WWVP registration for volunteer work. WWVP applications for volunteers is currently free.
WWVP checks are vital for Belnorth’s volunteer coaches, managers and committee members, to ensure the safety of our players and members. An $11 registration fee will put another barrier to volunteers putting their hand up to keep Belnorth running successfully, not to mention other volunteer and civil society groups.
Laura Nuttal MLA (ACT Greens), has started an e-petition to ‘Keep WWVP cards free for volunteers’. The petition closes the 14th of September 2025.
Rebate for families with 3 or more players
Does your family have three or more players registered with Belnorth FC this winter?
If so, then you may be eligible for a 40% registration rebate for the lowest age group.

Australian Sports Camp
Australian Sports Camp are running a 3-day football sports camp on 16th to 18th of July 2025 at ANU.
Cost: $335
The camps are available for 5-15 year old players of all standards.

A Belnorth Womens over 40 team are looking for more players to participate in the Australian Masters Games held in Canberra in October. All skill levels welcome!

The 20th Australian Masters Games (AMG) is in Canberra from the 18th to the 25th of October 2025. Registrations are now open for Men’s or Women’s Football, and Men’s, Women’s or Mixed Walking Football.

- Secretary (volunteer/committee): Public Officer, custody of books, maintains written record (e.g. minutes/action items), lodgement of reporting documents for incorporated association.
- Club Changers (volunteer): Assist with implementing Club Changer modules.
- General Helpers (Volunteers).
- Coaches & Managers (Volunteers).
Every volunteer, whether a coach, manager, CVO, referee or committee member, helps the club tick.
