Henk's Summer Comp - Junior Nomination Form October 2025

The nomination/registration process has five steps:
  • Step 1: NOMINATE. Nominate as a full-team, group or individual by the 21st of September. Players in teams or groups don't have to nominate as individuals separately.
  • Step 2: WAIT FOR NOMINATION ACCEPTANCE. Teams will be notified of acceptance before the 6th of October. Individual and Groups may take longer to confirm.
  • Step 3: ACCEPTANCE & PAY TEAM FEE. Once accepted, team contacts will organise the payment of the team fee.
  • Step 4: PLAYERS REGISTER AT PLAYFOOTBALL. Each individual registers at Play Football (free). Non-winter players pay additional insurance ($12).
  • Step 5: GET READY TO PLAY! Draws will be out before the first game.

Nomination Details

Team nominations must include a minimum of eight (8) players for U8 to U18. Six (6) players are needed for U5-U7 nominations.

Has the player already been nominated as a part of a player in a team or group? If so, you don't need to nominate the player as an individual.

Belnorth FC reserves the right to decline player, group or team nominations based on previous disciplinary issues, frequent team forfeits, failure to comply with team duties, false nomination information and abuse of organisers/officials.
