The football year kicks into gear in February with grading, Henk’s Summer Comp and the Preseason Skills Program. Check out the details below to ensure you don’t miss out.

U10 to U18 Grading Dates released

Grading dates are now available for U10 to U18 players who wish to grade for divisions 1 and 2 (or their colour equivalents in U10 and U11).

The dates run from the 19th to the 27th of February. Registration must be paid by the 17th of February to be able to participate in grading.

Hardship Scholarship

Thanks to the generous support of Georgina Williams and Helene Blackwell, Belnorth FC are able to offer a Hardship Scholarship to 3-4 Belnorth families in 2022. The scholarship is open to junior and senior players, and only one scholarship will be awarded per family.

Applications close Sunday the 13th of February.

Preseason Skills Program

Belnorth’s Preseason Skills Program starts on Monday the 7th of February for U6 to U11 for 6 weeks. It will be led by Belnorth’s new Technical Director, Esperance Anderson, along with her team of coaches. The cost of the program is $60 per child and there will be two different age group sessions:

• 5:30 to 6:30 pm: U6 and U8
• 6:45 to 8 pm: U9 to U11

Henk’s Summer Comp Nominations are now open

Nominations are now open for the Feb Edition of Henk’s Summer Comp. The comp starts on the 7th of February, catering for U12 to U18 and Seniors. It will run for six weeks.

Junior team fees are $400, and senior team fees are $550. Nominations close on 28/1/2022. Nominate now!

Winter Registrations now open

The registration fees for the 2022 season have now been finalised, and registrations are now open.

• U10 to 11: $190
• U12 to U13: $195
• U14 to U18: $200

Current Committee Vacancies

We have a few vacant roles at the club:

• Minis Registrar – volunteer
• Competitive Registrar – volunteer
• Grounds and Fixtures Officer – volunteer
• Vice President – volunteer

The club needs volunteers to survive. If the committee were to play a football match tomorrow, they could barely field a team, risking a forfeit! That just isn’t fair.

The club is desperate and would love to have you join the team.
